A note from Jeff and Cerise Welter:

 Now
It's been almost five years since we left Prime Time Christian
Broadcasting in Midland/Odessa, TX. In the 12 years we served there we
learned many things and met many wonderful brothers and sisters in the Body of
Christ. Today we are in full-time ministry to folks around the Permian
Basin of W. Texas and all over New Mexico. God is developing the call of
the Apostle in me and the ride although not always smooth is an exciting one.
Today our hearts are focusing on pulling the Body together.
The Holy Spirit is doing a work of knitting all the members together that have
been scattered all over these two states (as well as across the world).
The more revelation we have about these last days the more we are accountable
for. We are learning what Y'shua/Jesus meant when he said "Those who
worship must worship in Spirit and in Truth". Y'shua/Jesus was/is the Torah made
flesh. He walked out the word and was/is the very voice of God on the planet.
That means we have to fully understand the Torah, the festivals, the Sabbath and
the very Hebrew minds who wrote it as well as the New Covenant Epistles
(letters). Much of the understanding that they took for granted we know
very little of. This is a delicate job as we don't want to mix anything
that isn't truth in with the pure seed of God's word.
We trust that the newsletters you find on this web as well as
other information we supply here will help you draw closer to God, through
Y'shua/Jesus via the Precious Holy Spirit.
We travel to Roswell, Hobbs,
Lovington,
NM and Odessa,
Midland, TX in and around the Permian Basin of W. Texas. These are
the places we believe we are lead to minister to at present. If you are in
